First if you have the need to consider a return, you may have already ordered from us, which means we owe you a big ‘thank you’. Nothing makes us happier than our many JTEE VIPS, we promise to do our utmost to deliver an amazing product and customer experience.
JTEESinc is a print on demand company, which means all products are unique and produced per order. With this in mind, unfortunately returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size or color.
It might seem unfair at first, but consider this is how we can afford to offer FREE shipping on orders over $75, donate a portion of profits to worthy causes and keep our prices well below market average for premium products.

A simple way to avoid ordering the wrong size is to pay special attention to our SIZE CHARTS. Our tip - go large rather than small. The Oversized trend is heating up! Think Ariana and Kanye!

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are issues with the order, like a manufacturing error or a printing issues. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. All we ask is you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the issue, and attach a pic of the item clearly showing the issue.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. That said, let us know when there is a problem with as much detail as possible to email@example.com and we will do everything we can to sort things out.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your email is received and reviewed, we will respond and notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
In circumstances where we agree a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
